“Excellence all the way! I needed to have my Oregon Hot Springs Spa removed as I no longer was using it. I knew it was going to be a challenge because my deck had been built around the Hot Tub. The two employees who came out made the whole process look effortless. From the moment they came to when they left, it was handled so professionally. Even my first initial contact withe company was top notch. You normally would think this would not be a fun process to go through, but if you have Pacific Hot Tub Solutions handle it for you, it comes pretty darn close. Kudos to the two fellows who came out to my house. Thank you for such wonderful customer service. 11-5-2020 UPDATE: This company is superb!! I was so thankful when they professionally removed my hot tub. Today, a surprise in the mail came. My Hot Tub was sold and as promised, the check was enclosed.
