The sale's person Daniel was very helpful, let us drive it on our own, made sure we had gas, an even sent us video of the inside outside, started the car, made sure we were able to have limited questions when we drove from Roseburg 180 miles one way. We felt the deal was good, and we even got a 6 month warranty that covers everything that was wrapped up in the price.. The office space was great for kids and adults. It has a bathroom, toys for kids to play with, cold water. Our kids loved playing Coco Daniel's dog he was very easy with the kids. The over all experience was great 5 stars all around, we felt good with our purchase, and was treated with respect and no pushing what so ever. “I looked at the cars in their website, sent them a text about a vehicle and let them know I was on my way (2 hour drive), got there and immediately was test driving my new truck! I came in after the test drive, said let's do this and we were in an out of there in about an hour. It was perfect, painless. “I have bought or leased a lot of new cars in the past 6 years. My needs and wants change often so I am always looking at the idea of getting a new car. For years i drove electric cars and would use the dealerships free charging station quite often. 5 stars for that. I have been in a number of times to look at cars and check for deals. Most of the time I have been blown off in the past but found them more willing to help now. I was referred by Megan in parts as well as one of their former techs to stop by and check them out again because I was looking at getting rid of my fiat that I had bought new just 2 months earlier. They offered what 2 other dealership had for my car but the number was 2500 less than what carmax had offered so I sold the car to carmax. I went in looking for something that had a great discount and the got me a jetta s with the manual that was priced better than anyone else could do so I took it even though it was my least favorite color. I worked with Gordon and he came down on his day off to finish the deal. The sales manager was wonderful as well but he did seem a little shocked when I stopped in the next day to set up my detail. I can be a hand full to deal with in regards to cars so I think he thought I was returning it. Lol. On the day I picked up my car i was in and out of there really quickly. That was a huge concern of mine because I had my 2 kids with me. To sum things up i feel like i was well taken care of and got the very best new car i could get for my humble budget. Thank you!”
