The ordering process couldn't have been easier, and from a short conversation together with my girls and bonus daughter, Emily delivered the most exquisite arrangements I've ever seen, and all the special touches I asked for were done! After delivering the flowers to the funeral home, Emily slipped out before I realized it, and when I walked into the viewing room I was speechless! “While the selection is quite small, I have to say that it was made up for in amazing customer service...literally could not ask for any better. I got there late in the day which narrowed down my choices to 4 or 5 arrangements of roses & 1 with big pink daisies. I chose the daisies & then Trish, who was incredibly upbeat & friendly, got to work pulling anything that we could possibly use to "dress up" the arrangement & make it "14 yr old girl" approved, as it was for my twin daughters birthday. She went to the back pulling anything that may go with our theme & then we assembled 2 "goodie bags" to tie onto the vase & balloon. As it was close to closing, there were no delivery people available so Trish pulled up the address on her phone to confirm best route & then said that as soon as she closed up at 6pm she would deliver the arrangement herself. Trish was fun, understood what I was going for when making my selections & was accommodating in any area she possibly could. I will be a repeat customer in the future! On a side note, while writing out the card to attach, I witnessed several people come in to pick up their dry cleaning. They were all greeted by name & Trish had a quick chat with each one to check up on family & life. Small town culture of sincere friendly small talk that I'm sure, is appreciated by what I assume were long time customers.”
