My flight was cancelled and I checked all locations at the airport and no one had any cars available and all were extremely rude while dealing with them except at Avis/Payless. After 45 minutes of walking from counter to counter the gentleman at Payless (don’t remember his name) actually tracked me down to let me know he had a car come available. I always use National/Enterprise and have for years but they definitely will not be getting my business back for this location.”

“Excellent and easy pick-up car rental. Jonathan was very informed, helpful, and quite knowledgeable about the cars available. He gave me the best deal on the car I took for the trip. I didn't drop off the car there, so I don't have any experience with that. The Saint Louis drop off was not in the airport, so I had to plan for an extra 15-20 min to wait on a shuttle and then be transported to the STL airport. I picked the car up at 10 pm and there was no line, it was a quick pickup. The car was in decent condition, not really clean on the outside or on the inside of the windows, but the seats were clean and the tank was full. The biggest issue I had was that I didn't know where to go to pick it up, the address (7777 E Apache) is wrong, and I drove through departures twice before I figured out I had to go to arrivals to find the pickup desk. So to anyone wanting to know where the pick-up counter is - GO TO ARRIVALS! Otherwise, it was a great experience that I would have no problem repeating.”

He walked us through the entire process of Newby-Vance's "Click it to Drive", internet shopping from the comforts of our home, which happens to be in another state. Ausby made good on their assurance and I rented a car last month. The manager picked me up at the airport and drove me to the rental location. The car was new and was a good fit for me. “I had to return my rental car Christmas morning at the LAX Airport location. I was told by a fox rent a car rep on the phone that they didn't open until 5am. My flight was scheduled for 6am. I was a nervous wreck thinking I had to be on the plane in less than 1 hour after returning my car. I drove to Fox anyway and arrived at 4am to my surprise SERGIO was there with a happy face and and positive attitude! He made my day! I was so grateful he was there early to let me check in. “Overall the rental went smoothly, unexpectedly since I had not heard of Rent -A- Van before so I didn't know what to expect. I rented a 15 passenger van for a weekend. Picked it up on Friday after 5pm. It seems the office building is open Monday thru Friday from 9am - 5pm. The owner was flexible enough to meet us after closing time since I couldn't get off work early so that was a big plus. She went over the contract briefly and made sure we understood the return time when the vehicle was expected back. There's a $20/hr late fee that's applied if you're not able to get back in time. She puts a hold on your credit card and charges it after you return the van. I like that I was able to return the van without any hassles or waiting. It was very convenient! I would definitely rent from them again. Also, you can't beat the price.”

“Good location off airport, in Owasso. Rented a truck in November 2019 for trip in May. Great price, however when I went to pick up the truck. It was FILTHY ! Refused the truck, did not have another available. They then offered me a Nice BMW, for 20.00 more, it was clean. Ran great, a little lower view. Obviously. Satisfied. Will rent from them again. Recommend.”
