“I stayed here one weekend for a trail race nearby. I hadn't booked ahead and the front desk isn't staffed 24/7. I didn't have any trouble getting a room though. I called the reservation line and an employee met me downstairs after giving me the code to enter the building. Book ahead to have your check in envelope waiting for you at the front desk. The building is historic and gorgeous. There are a lot of little touches of care and history all over the place and it's a beautiful atmosphere. There was even a soft warm light on, waiting for me in the room. The location is only a few blocks from eating, tourists sights, and the historic tower downtown and I'd definetly stay there again.”

“yes, they did give me a fixer upper rent free...just pay lot rent.KEY WORDS; FIXER UPPER AND FREE! of course they need work, that"s why you don"t pay rent on the trailer. Can"t beat less than $300 a month for a 3 bedroom 2 bath home! The investment was so worth it! i love my home and the park is nice. the ponds and ducks are a wonderful sight in the early morning .”

“We just got here and we are blown away! Love the property driving up, love the atmosphere created, each room is so unique and the attention to detail! The younger people of our group are now sitting in the theater room watching a movie from the extensive library and eating popcorn. We booked two rooms, The Cowboy and The New York! We were leaving for dinner, but changed our mind to spend time here and enjoy! Perry is such a great host! And the doggies are so sweet!”

“Kind owners, brand new laundry facility, fabulous park for kids of all ages (w canopy!) 3 min away, easy access to any store/restaurant w/in 3 miles, good price, dog friendly, pool (still closed for the season during our stay), big dog park w trees everywhere, biking trails adjacent that our teens could use, located on small side street off main connecting road, accessible staff, huge old trees all over. Spaces were small but we didn't want a resort, just a home base. Easy extra parking immediately across from camper. We were quite happy spending the week here! Come check 'em out for yourself!”

“Love the location, the atmosphere, and the owners. It's a community, not just a campground. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. There is a playhouse and play area for the children, a shaded pond with a bridge, and a gathering tree for events on hit nights. All the amenities needed to feel at home!”

“I will be honest, this hotel doesn't look like much from the highway, and I was kinda nervous when we pulled in. Our room was lovely. It was clean, the bed was comfy, the AC/heat worked fine, good water pressure in the shower. There is an AMAZING food truck in the parking lot, so we were able to just walk over for food. Don't let the outside appearance fool you. This is a great deal for the area.”

“I have been coming here for about 3 months and it has been wonderful. Joey, she works the front desk and is very knowledgeable about the health insurance process. Dr. Suzanne is the chiropractor and she's incredibly gentle and takes her time with her adjustments. The atmosphere and aura of the office is also nice, quiet and clean. I was going in for weekly appointments and now it is every two weeks. My body feels great and the cost is affordable compared to my previous chiropractor. I highly recommend!”
