“Better than BA agencies. The ladies are amazing and it’s never busy. They do close at 5 not 5:30 though. They also shut down machines at 4:30 so be there before then. Also sit on right where the chairs are if you are there for license instead of standing in line for car tags. They also have a small coffee bar on the left when you walk in so you can drink while you wait.”
