The surgeon who performed my surgery let me know that this state might be the new normal for me. After the team at Physical Therapy Specialists put together a plan for rehabilitation we got to work and slowly I started gaining back range of motion and strength, well after 6 months of therapy I am now able to completely move my arm/shoulder like before and have no limitations like the surgeon had told me I would.
