Jill did all in her power to help get major issues resolved even when the owner was refusing to comply. Jill was always very responsive to our calls and emails and continued to be so even after the property switched management companies.”

“Great hotel with awesome amenities. It was great to have access to a full bar and kitchen. Staff was very friendly. I was impressed as a titanium member that I didn’t have to ask for an upgrade upon arrival. The front desk member upgraded me before my arrival. Great place to stay.”
