I happened to be working in Tulsa, and found this diesel shop. Randy, the owner, is by far the most knowledgeable diesel mechanic I've ever met in my life. He wasn't quick to tell me what the truck needed, he really did his research so I wasn't buying any unnecessary parts. Kind, courteous, and awesome customer communication. “I own a Dodge diesel and had an issue with the turbo, I had originally taken my pickup to another mechanic shop to whom I will not name but I do give 1 star to.....they wanted to charge an astronomical amount to repair the turbo and then told me that my head gasket was leaking and that HAD to be replaced first.....I decided to shop around because I was going to wait to do the repairs and I came across Performance Auto and Diesel....I called and was talking to the Steve the owner and he shared valuable information on what was going on with my vehicle and his price to do the same repair was a lot less. He spent time with me on the phone to help me figure out what exactly was wrong and what can be done. He spent this time knowing that I might not bring my pick up to his shop....I appreciated that. In the end I decided to take my pick up to his shop and asked him several times to charge me an extra shop rate hr for the time on the phone...his response was " I will not do that to you, I want to make sure you are helped and happy with your repair. I'd rather have your long term business and referral" I will say that I am very pleased with his professionalism on the phone and work. Their shop is super clean and they honestly do care about their customers...they are definitely not trying to upsell or gouge your pocket. They have definitely earned my business and referrals! “Yesterday morning as the wife was leaving for work, she noticed something wrong with the car. As she turned the steering wheel the car tire area popped and wouldn’t turn. I called Owasso Auto Clinic and spoke with Craig, he told me he had time to look at it and to get the vehicle on down. Had it towed there. Within a short time, Craig called me and told me exactly what was wrong and around how much. I told him okay and thank you. Not even an hour later he called and said the car was fixed. I went and picked up the car and it drives great! Craig is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I would fully recommend him to anyone in Owasso with car problems.”

“Richmond Auto Clinic is a great small business with skilled technicians and reasonable, fair prices. I know that my repairs will be done in a timely manner and that the quality of work will be great. The value of what you receive is definitely worth the price you pay. However, if you are a young lady visiting this place of business I would caution you to beware of a particular staff member named Bernard. He states that he is the manager, but was hesitant to answer some of the simple questions that I had regarding an alignment repair that I needed on my camber and caster. Also, he insisted on knowing personal details like if I lived alone (which in hindsight has me a bit concerned for my safety since my address is placed on the paperwork), and encouraged me to use his personal cell phone number to contact him in the future. When I began to ask more questions about the alignment process, he stated that he was not qualified to answer. He also refused to provide me with the print out of the proof of work when I requested to take it with me. Because of this, I left my vehicle and returned the next day when I could speak directly with the alignment technician and the owner. Those two did more than enough to answer my remaining questions and to rectify the challenging time I had the day before. So if you are a young lady, please be especially careful with this staff member and request to speak directly to a technician or to the owner Sunny.”
