“Mr. Neal is an angel! After buying this car on Tuesday, we drove to Pawhuska on Saturday only to discover a horrible metal-on-metal noise after touring the Pioneer Woman's lodge. Mr. Neal agreed to look at the car after his shop had already closed and even tried to find the part himself.
