“I have enjoyed Dr. Mathis since Dr. Cain left. Dr. Mathis was very concerned about my depression and rightly so. He was so concerned that I felt at times every thing I said was wrong. For the most part, my depression is due to loneliness. I find it hard to go somewhere alone and that makes meeting new people. I have been the brunt of some very, very hurtful things. Yes, they happened in the past but the hurt is still very real. I haven’t forgotten and don’t think I will. They have changed what good I felt about myself and made me who I am and that is a very unhappy and lonely 70 year old lady.”

“I always have a good experience during my appointments with Dr. Flanary. He's always friendly and so are the other staff there at the clinic. He's very knowledgeable and explains things clearly and in common terms when you have questions. Another thing I appreciate about the clinic is I usually do not have to wait long if at all. This is kind of my pet peeve; if I make an appointment, I believe if I'm on time the doctor or clinic should be also. I've been to other clinics where regardless of being on time for an appointment, I usually had to wait quite a while before seeing the doctor, but that has never been my experience with Dr. Flanary or the Utica Park Clinic. At 55 years old, I've had several primary care physicians but Dr. Flanary is my favorite one by far.”

“I had an icepick through my hand and came in for xrays and emergency examination. The doctor was a nice grumpy man and examined the hand and xrayed it to see that the two large stabs hadn't damaged anything too important sans the hand. The receptionist lady was quick and to the point and they had me back really fast for a Thursday at 2pm. I'd say some of these reviews make good sense but the doctors are reliable and not many with a decent experience leave any reviews so only negative ones get posted ngl. Thousands of times better than Muskogees StFrancis ER and with my reckless lifestyle, I've been to a few ERs.”
