“The room rate is the same 7 days a week. Only a $20 deposit. The people that run it are very kind. My room was clean and through out my stay housekeeping had been awesome. Some rooms may be a little outdated but for a safe and budget friendly price I won't stay anywhere else. If you plan on partying with friends this place isn't for you. No visitors unless you pay extra for them. I don't mind paying 10 for a visitor if need be. Like I said this place is safe for the area it's in. But I wouldn't choose another hotel to stay in.”

“the rooms were nice. two queen-size beds. icebox microwave. the bathroom and I only had a shower but has a tub to soak in. cable TV was positioned perfectly on the wall the loud perfect positioning of your neck is laying here watching TV. ice machine always open. vending machine. customer service I found lacking. couple of that operated are very not very customer service aware. my views on customer service is that your business is made by the customer. caretakers were very rude. overall the the inn was nice place to stay. very convenient. there was a Jack in The box right outside the entrance a shell convenience store right across the street, a Domino's pizza right beside the convenience store.”

“I have lived at West Oaks for 1 month going on my second month. I love it here, it's quiet, clean and know one that doesn't live here comes into the park. The owner and the manager are awesome. She keeps everything running smoothly. I had a problem with the hot water tank and she was on top of it to getting it fixed. When you have good management you have good tenants. I love it here and I'm not moving!”

“We bought 5 acres between Luther and Wellston, but had to stay here for about 1-2 weeks until we could get our RV moved. This is the best place, it’s so quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room, no sardines in a can. The lady who owns/runs the place is a jewel! I highly recommend it here, should you find yourself looking to stay!”

“I was thoroughly impressed. Very clean everywhere from the parking lot to the room. Cool electric fireplace in front lobby. It was quiet and I got excellent sleep in the huge soft comfortable bed. Linda at the front desk was very knowledgeable of the area and helped answer questions as to were we could go dine. She was so pleasant and hospitable and we enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely make it a priority to book with a Comfort Inn on our next business trip to the city or when planning a vacation.”

“Nobody get kick out at 10:30pm. she pulled in the park, and pulled into a lot after hours with out contacting the office and making arrangements. You have to do proper paperwork first. this isn't a free park you have to pay up front, and do your application before you move into a lot. you don't just come in the middle of the night and park into a lot and expect to stay for free even if it's for one night you can't do that at any RV park. I have been a resident at this park. been here for almost 10 years. We love being here it's a very nice, and quiet park, and the owner are very good people, and they do work with you it's a country life living.”

“Central state campground - No Reservations- This is a great staging spot to go into Oklahoma City. The issue are many of the sites are not level we’ve taken pictures of the ones that we would recommend. We would also recommend the first 3 full hook-up sites that are in the center. All of these sites have 30 or 50 amp and are close enough to water so you can take your hose. AT&T and Verizon are both 5G. They have recently renovated their electric. Recommend coming in on a Monday Tuesday or Wednesday”

“Stopped here for a quick night stay while travelling on I-35. After hours check in process is a little confusing. There is a wall with all the sites that are available or occupied. You have to decide what site you want before seeing the sites. We ended up taking a picture of the board and then driving through the campground to find a site that would work. Then you have to go back and make your reservation. It's a strange way to handle reservations. We did not hook up to water, but as other reviewers have said, some of the sites share water connections. This will require a long hose. As suggested, bring 200'+ of water hose if you need water. There are some very beautiful sites on with lake views. Our one night stay was quiet. Overall not a bad spot to stop while travelling on I-35, just be prepared for the confusing check in if arriving after hours.”

“This park was so beautiful! Our lot was clean and shaded. The hookups were all easy especially for us novice campers. The staff were all wonderful and the other campers were fun too! We enjoyed the pool and took a luxury limo ride to the zoo. (They even let us keep the car seat in the limo which was awesome!) We also loved meeting Max and seeing his many talents! Thanks for a wonderful experience!”

“I have no negative comments, not sure why so many people are complaining. Check in - smooth, easy & fast. Room: Clean, no bugs walking around, no bugs in the bed. Sheets were a bit old and tired, but clean. No holes, no left over fluids or hairs from previous guests. Bathroom was clean. Enough room to entertain a couple of friends. Going to be back after Christmas and will hopefully stay here. Most of the other guests are whatever, but the area is awesome to go out and make some money, not many areas like this and I did well and had a great time. And a few blocks away is a cute little park where you can sit, chill, make a few friends. I would post some pics but I don't want to get myself or the motel in trouble.”
