One day, I decided to check it out and to my surprise I met some of the most friendliest and welcoming people. The session started off with prayer, followed by a small devotional and then workout. Stephen, Colton and Farah are excellent at both physical and spiritual training. They made sure to modify my exercises and correct my form on a daily basis and I can assure you that my strength and endurance have definitely improved a lot in the past 2 months. “This is the first time that I have ever considered to use a trainer and facility to workout. Let me say that it is incredible and the staff and management of Fit4U are the best ever. I have been going now for 2 months, and feel better than ever, I am 61 yr old and feel 40 again, I have lost 28 pounds and over 12" in measurements. I have used 4 of the trainers and everyone of them are truly professionals and require you to get what you need, and look forward daily to seeing you and the progress that you have made. Not only has this increased my life, but also mentally I have felt better and look forward to being at workout everyday I can. I work out 4 days a week, and wish sometimes that I could workout everyday. I have a goal in mind for weight loss and also for muscle toning, and with their help I am confident that it will happen sooner than I thought. This is not something that I plan on doing for 6 months or so, but instead want this to be a lifestyle for along time to come. The facility and equipment are absolutely first class and has that personal touch and feel that you wouldn't receive at a large gym or training place. I guess the best thing I could say about FIT4U is that they treat you like family all the time. God is good all the time, and all the time God is good, especially at FIT4U!!!! “Party of 4 and we got the Hungry Platter. Plenty to eat. Included traditional sushi, tempura, and more. Shared some wine and enjoyed a nice visit over dinner. Waiter was kind but pretty busy. We arrived about 6:15 and the bar was full. Soon after, all the tables were full and the 'to go' parking was busy as well. The food is fresh and tasty. We will go back.”
