I absolutely recommend this urgent care/immediate care facility for great attention to your urgent health care needs. The staff and Dr. Bob Todd were all friendly, pleasant and efficient, listened to me and heeded my concerns. The screening and diagnosis, as well as followup and treatment all felt individually designed for me. Thanks.

Very convenient to put in an appointment earlier in the day and skip the waiting room. The nurse who checked my vitals was efficient and polite and the PA promptly came in with my test results. She was compassionate and took her time making sure I was comfortable with my treatment plan!
This was not the first experience here, and almost every time it’s been a quick and pleasant experience.

The nurse was beautiful and helpful! I brought my son in for a cough and she was very helpful. Plus easy on the eyes. The doctor was very helpful as well.

i had a great experience at immediate care with Dr. Jeff Melton! I cut my finger open and stitches were Dr. Melton's order! He has a wonderful bed side manner and even made me laugh while I was getting stitched up! I got in quickly and over all had a great experience! I definitely recommend immediate Care!
