“My kids are still in elementary school, but we couldn't be more pleased with the district. It's such a nurturning and warm environment that is able to get the absolute best out of students. Since the day my oldest daughter first stepped onto a campus, we've been blown away by the attentive nature of the faculty and administration, and the organization and attitude of everyone associated with the district. Every school will have their challenges, but I'd estimate that bullying and unattended children is at an absolute minimum, and overall the kids here are happy, have two parent or functional split parent homes and are headed eventually to college. There's a reason that it's been one of the top 3 public school districts in the state of Oklahoma year after year. You can't make everyone happy, and obviously there will be disgruntled people everywhere. Some may even have merit, in their individual instance due to an exceptional circumstance. But some of these negative reviews reek of being trolls or people with an axe to grind. We're active, and EVERY parent we talk to would echo everything I've said. Is Deer Creek perfect? Who is? But it's the best thing going and a model for any district or school, public or private.”
