“Dr. Baptist is a good , young physician. He cares about his patients but, being inexperienced, lacks the ability to go beyond the strictures of the powers he perceives to be. His interpersonal skills are quite good. But under stress regresses to hardness and coldness he thinks is “appropriate” to his profession.
