“Custom Dental is great! The staff is amazing, however, they want me to fill out the same paperwork every 6 months even if nothing has changed??? But, I will say the Dentist and staff is great. I just do not like to fill out the same paper work every 6 months through text. If they just asked me some questions when I got there it would be ok. Oh, and the Dental Hygienists was the best I have ever had!”

“My first procedure with Dr. Herndon was a root canal and lower jaw tooth extraction. Dr. Herndon made sure I was comfortable before he started. I was so relaxed, I was almost asleep. That’s something I have never done in a dentist office bc of my extreme anxiety with dental procedures. I had no pain and everything well amazingly well. I had a filling replacement today and had the same great experience, In December, I’ll be having an implant put in the jaw extraction place and am not concerned with anything at all. I know I will get great care and dental work. So glad I picked Dr,Herndon for all of my future dental work!! Also, the assistants are great as well!! I have never had any issues with any of them. The girls in the office are super helpful also,”

“I just love this place !!! Heather at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. Victoria and Rena helped me this most recent visit and they were incredible. Rena even stayed late after closing to help make my night guard mold perfectly. She was brilliant by being able to mold two impressions together to make one so I didn’t have to do gag and do another one. I was very grateful. We have been going here for years, as well as my in-laws and grandparents, and have never had a problem. Kelsi is my usual dental hygienist and she rocks. She can remember our conversations 6 months apart and pick up right where we left off. All of our kids go here as well since they were 1. The staff and dentists have all been so kind and patient. They love going to the dentist. Heather at check out is always so quick with any estimates and billing questions. Everyone in the whole office is just fantastic and we appreciate them all!”

“I have always been afraid to go to the dentist. I have high anxiety just knowing I have a cleaning scheduled. Dr Jones and his staff go above and beyond to help ease my fears. He explains everything he does before he does it. The staff help to ease my fears as well. The rinse water is not cold. That is a wonderful thing if you have overly sensitive teeth. The office smells clean and looks clean. The music is encouraging and soothing. Dr Jones and his staff always look nice. Their uniforms are clean and not wrinkled. I am still anxious and afraid, but they understand that and help me rather than belittle me like some have done before and I appreciate that!! They respect me and my fears and that is very important to me.”
