I was told that you were unable to approve financing for this Gulf War Disabled Veteran because I own rental property in OK and you stated that I do not reside in OK. Assumptions are your enemy and I am always ethical, honest, uphold our Constitution and never lie and do not own any rental property in any state. It is hard to believe that an American company doesn’t support those that support, defend and sacrifice so much to our County. It has been such a blessing because I realized by my interactions with your dealership was toxic. You were extremely non responsive numerous times, lack emotional intelligence, business acumen and professionalism on a variety of levels. I realized this once my interaction began with the dealership across the street. They approved my financing within fifteen minutes, provided the cost with the Veteran Discount, listed the tractor, trailer and implements available for pickup all in a timely courteous manner. I realize that spending only 30K isn’t a lot of money but to me, it was more about the relationship. So thank you again for saying ’”no” so I could find an orange dealership that provide a path of respect, honor, integrity and pride. I reached out to inquire about this entire topic before leaving this review. I have not heard back in weeks from anyone at this organization regarding the reasoning for their assumptions and if this is a corporate policy.”

“We were on a road trip and were having a concerning noise coming from our back tire. We stopped into Mike’s and even though there were a few people ahead of us, they had us in and out in 40 minutes. They found an old brake pad the last mechanic had left in the suspension. They removed it and sent us on our way without even a charge. Super nice, knowledgeable, and honest mechanics. “I was looking for someone about 10 years ago to fix our truck after a wreck. We decided to use Terry's Collision. He did an outstanding job, body work was perfect and also paint, I couldnt even tell it had been wrecked, I was so impressed I took his business card and laminated it, then put it on my fridge incase I ever needed it again.... well over ten years later I hit a dear :( I couldnt remember terry's name, Thank God i saved that business card because i wouldnt want to go anywhere else. He is a very kind man... he answerd all my question and i left there with no worries or concerns. He handled everything with my ins company so i didnt hae to. I will reccomend him to everyone.”
