“AMAZING!!!!! Perfect place to stay for Anniversaries, Family Reunions, Holidays...I'm blown away and I frequent Beverly Hills. Full Kitchen, stove, Fridge, Mini bar, 2 person hot tub. Even Matches and Candles. They thought of everything. Very Clean, modern and high class. Worth the trip in every way. And I haven't even seen the zoo yet.”

“This is a very nice park. Super clean. Sites were wide and long enough for our 40’ motorhome. Near the interstate, but it was plenty quiet because of the nice, big tree borders. We got in late, so had very little contact with staff, but Glenn did greet us (after hours), and led us to our site. We’ll stop again.”

“My experience at Cottonwood was great! Jeremy and Renee were so sweet and very helpful if we had any questions. The park was very clean which is always a plus! I enjoyed the access to the wifi that Cottonwood provided. The overall atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful which made for a relaxing stay. Also, I liked the fact that the park was close to shopping, restaurants and the Oklahoma Interstate (I-44 and I-35). Our stay was great, and I will definitely tell my friends and family about Cottonwood RV Park!”

“The room had a couple of blemishes but nothing I couldn't live with...especially for the price. I was in town for the dog show and it was a last minute booking and they were able to accommodate me. The bed was very comfortable. TV, Wi-Fi, fridge, coffee pot, microwave, all worked great. I would definitely stay again.”

“I really liked this place. My room was nice, clean and reasonably priced. It included a mini fridge and was toasty warm despite the single digest temps outside. The indoor pool area is really cool. The breakfast spread was better than most, and was delicious. They had all of the staples including bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, hash browns, and sausage. The front desk was quick and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.”

“A nice quiet area on the outskirts of Chickasha. We slept very well here. No noise all night long. Didn't look overwhelmingly busy either. The whole establishment smells new so either it's fairly new or it got a serious facelift at some recent point. Carpets in the rooms show a bit of wear. The rooms are an almost septic white but you get used to that. The front desk clerk was VERY helpful. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make us have a good stay. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned more than the minimum but not a deal breaker. Breakfast wasn't really my speed. Too many sugary items for my taste, but kids liked it pretty good.”

“The staff is amazing, rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and they went above and beyond for our girls who were there for a softball tournament. They received good bags at the time of arrival, had complimentary water and Gatorade, and had several different games to play for a variety of age groups. Even better they had ice cream for the kids every night! If/When we come back we know exactly where we are staying. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. If you don’t you’re missing out!”

“So this is going to be an unorthodox 5 star review. This is pretty much the least expensive hotel in the area and it is very true that when it comes to hotels you get what you pay for. It should also be noted that my wife has become accustomed to a certain standard when it comes to living arrangements. When my wife and I walked in for a 2 night stay we instantly noticed a smell that resembled a very harsh cleaning solution. When we got into the room, the bed was way too soft for us and the bathroom/shower were too small for us (we aren't small people). Again, you get what you pay for, you can't expect a grand bathroom at this price. Even so my wife was not at all happy. We walked back downstairs within minutes of checking in to tell the front desk attendant that we were very sorry but we could not stay there. He said that he did not have authorization to do any kind of refunds but we should call back in the morning as the manager would be in. We agreed and left to stay at a different (much more expensive, mind you) hotel. I called back the next morning, started to say who I was, and the manager says "Is this the person in room number XXX?". I responded that yes I was. He very kindly informed me that he had already processed the refund and he was very sorry for our experience. He certainly had no obligation to do this as I'm sure the paperwork I signed prior to the stay protects them from any action in a case just like this one. While this was not the hotel for us, this certainly fits the bill for lots of people. It is refreshing to know that true customer service still exists and we are very thankful that he was so understanding and I didn't have to fight to get my refund.”
