Home Church!

One of the best churches in Oklahoma!!!

I walked into service this past Sunday morning feeling lower and more bound than I have ever felt in my life. The past few weeks I have felt like I could cry literally any second. (And I did a lot) (idk most likely due to my current situation).

We began service as normal, in the sanctuary then dismissing to Sunday School classes. In class Bro. Russell (pastor and also teen teacher) said he felt like someone specific was needing prayer and asked if anyone would want everyone to pray for them. As the girls circled around me and started praying... I guess we got a little loud. All of the other classes heard us and came into the fellowship hall to join. Many around me kept telling me just to Praise.

I was so bound I could not physically get any words of praise out of my mouth without choking. All I could think about was my situation and everything bad that was happening to me. Finally, the Lord brought to my mind a verse: "For Ye have not received the Spirit of bondage again to fear; but yet have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, ABBA FATHER." Romans 8:15. I began thinking about this verse and then quoting it. I started saying Abba Father, Abba Father. All of a sudden I felt so free and could Praise Him!!

Not exactly sure what happened after that but I know I began speaking in tongues and shouting. What God did for me was only a small part of the service. From the testimonies God was healing, filling with the Holy Ghost, delivering, and so much more!!!

My home church definitely has a special place in my heart!!
