I enjoy their no-contract membership and responsive, helpful staff. The other gym-goers are friendly and helpful.

For me there is only one hitch: I wish there was a more open area for lifts like clean and press, snatch, and power clean.

Overall I recommend this place, and the location cannot be beat if you get to Norman by way of Noble or highway 9 East.

This is the best gym in Norman, and honestly my favorite gym I have ever been to. It is clean and never too busy. There is more than enough equipment. It is 24/7 and totally safe. I would go late at night sometimes and never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. The owners are great and really nice. The price is good for the quality of the gym.

This gym is great. Very large and not a ton of traffic. I like cycling between two or three exercise stations rather than doing all the sets on one exercise station at once. At busy gyms, this is impossible. I like the spacious atmosphere and they have it all. Very pleased.

Awesome gym. All of the equipment and machines are brand new. It has always been very clean when I go. Locker rooms include showers. I go in the afternoons, and it's never busy. It has loads of weight training equipment, including a squat rack. Price is reasonable given the quality of gym.
