“I live in this park and have been here for a year and 3 months. I just think we should be able to have a fence around our own area and I feel like the rent goes up to often. Since moving in my rent to own has went up $46 dollars. When I moved in my plan has always been to stay till my dying day. But I’m on a fixed income and if it continues to go up I don’t know what will happen. I love this place and don’t want to have to move. Never have any problems with the neighbors or the staff.”

“We are living here for a few months while we wait on our house to be finished, and it's been a positive experience. Very quiet, secluded, people are charming, laid back atmosphere, etc... love it so far. Management has been great and timely with any issues... The roads do suck because of potholes and such, but that was discussed before even signing anything. I recommend this place. :)”
