“Amazing gym. The best I've been to! They have a great variety of weights and machines, good cardio room, 4 weight rack(2 of which have great deadlift platforms and lots of workout classes. The place is very clean and staff are all friendly. Most people I've seen wipe down their equipment and there are cleaning stations in convenient locations. The 24/7 availability is a bonus too for those one the night shift. 12/10!”

“This is a great gym, the people here are friendly and helpful. Frank Patterson is the gym owner and a strength and conditioning coach, he’s awesome. It also has a mma gym side, with different classes. I’m a professional mixed martial artist and I can get my mat training and my strength and conditioning in one spot, the gym iron side is open 24/7 + we have showers. I love this gym, it’s a hidden gem. Worth checking out!”
