“I called today and spoke with Alison to ask for a prescription refill. She said she would check with the doctor. A few hours later, Alison called me back and said that the doctor will call it in for me. Now I ask you, how many offices call back to tell you the results of what the doctor will do? I don't know of any. I might add that all the staff is wonderful at this office and I can't say enough nice words about any of them. Dr. Lorton, her nurse, Catherine and the other staff are friendly, welcoming, calming and helpful. Now I will specifically name Alison, who has the best telephone voice ever and never showed one once of impatience of "one more thing to do" or unpleasantness. Thank you to all. “I can’t even explain how happy I am that I found this place. I went to a dermatologist (I won’t call them out) about a year ago and left feeling very discourage and decided to just hold off. I finally decided I was going to try a new place and, man am I glad! I wish I could remember the doctor’s name that I saw because he was the nicest doctor I have ever talked to.
