“I really love Dr. Lance and the entire team at Miami Valley Smiles (especially Stacy!). They take such good care of their patients, are extremely affordable, and are extremely comprehensive in their care. I first came 4 or 5 years ago after having not been to the dentist in years and they helped me work through multiple cavities and a new crown. Since then, they've gotten me on a great path with good habits and I've been almost two years without needing anything done outside of regular cleanings. I've had a lot of dental work done in the past and I can say with confidence that Dr. Lance is the most gentle and highly skilled at providing these services. Highly highly recommend!”

“I flew into town for a family emergency and right away I had a painful abscess. My sister’s dentist, Riversbend Dental, fitted me in right away. I received excellent care from every person I encountered. Dr. Mahon and Jess were very nice and after having a root canal and crown, I no longer had any pain. They were most accommodating and I was impressed by how well they worked together. It was very reassuring. Later I met Jessica and she cleaned my teeth and I’ve never had such a good cleaning. Everyone was so friendly starting with the receptionist and ending with the checkout person who answered all of my questions. I’m planning on going back in a few weeks to complete treatment on a few other areas.”

They have a great system to get you in and out without a lot of hands on from the patient, they know how to use the computer and was very efficient looking things up. I can't tell you enough good experiences I've had with not only them but also the entire dental technicians along with the entire staff. I go twice a year for check ups and more if I need extensive work such as a crown, etc. and each time, I'm treated as a valued customer with little to no wait time. I've had to call in emergency situations and have always been seen within 24 hours. The people who work is this office genuinely care for you as not only a customer but also as a person. “The dental hygienist, Heather, is fantastic. She is SO thorough and efficient, yet very friendly and the entire procedure is done in a relaxing atmosphere. I would not schedule my semi-annual appointments with anyone else. Doctor Philips is the same. The practice should not try to over-schedule. They sometimes can tend to try scheduling so that there really isn't enough time to perform the quality work that these two provide. They don't take any shortcuts in their work but the scheduling tends to not allow the proper amount of time per patient.”

“Dr. Katie and her assistant are always very professional and caring when my children have to have procedures done. They take extra care in making them comfortable and making them feel at ease. Every experience has been exceptionally pleasant here with both Dr. Katie and Dr. Lambert. The front office staff is always very welcoming and the hygienists are always pleasant.
