Charles was very responsive, very knowledgeable in answering my questions, honest and overall made this experience much more pleasant that I'd imagined considering the reason for needing this company's services aren't usually under wonderful circumstances. He taught me a ton about future prevention and verified myths I'd heard as well helping to put other tenants on the property at ease. I highly recommend. Plus he is also a parent so is very understanding about concerns for children's safety in situations that include children on the property and their safety during and after the process, which for myself made him the ideal person for the job. I did not end up using Extermital for my issue, as my issue was skunks. However, they provided a quick response to my question and a referral to a wildlife expert in the area. Keep it up guys!
