Hannah in the office is always so quick to help if I need anything. Even minor bumps when I first moved in were quickly fixed within the same day. “My wife and I were hoping to build here but when we started talking to Maronda Homes 6 months ago there prices where ok for us to consider building. Due to delays in developing the site the pri e jumped up 35% and they took away half of the add on discounts. Really wish we could have built there. The site is great and gives a country vibe. Great schools and larger lots than normal. We have built with Marinda before and they are good to work with and build great houses. Unfortunately they are just to high in cost right now.”
