“Absolutely flawless experience with the Pines. This is the first time I’ve had to put a pet down and deal with cremation, etc. First off, they can pick up your pet from your vet so you do not have to transport your deceased animal, that in itself is great. Second, I started the process with their online form which was so easy, and they called me to double check everything and explain the timeline/process. They let me know when he was ready but didn’t make me feel rushed to pick him up. I appreciated that as I am about 45 minutes away so waiting until Saturday was best. I came to pick him up and chose an urn - they transferred his ashes right then and there and I paid and was on my way. It was a very busy Saturday morning here but they had plenty of staff making sure everyone was being helped. Highly recommend The Pines! Thank you all.”
