“I have always enjoyed this gym. Been going here for almost 2 years. Have gotten to know Norman (trainer) and he offered me a free workout with him to see what it was like. I happily agreed and do not regret it at all! I wish I was in the market for a trainer because he would be my first choice. He pushed me when I needed it and understood my lifting level and quickly put together a great leg day even though it was a busy time at the gym. If your in the market for a trainer i would recommend Norman.”

“It's a basic gym but that's what is nice about it. There's adequate equipment and they are adding showers so that'll be a big plus for them. The cycling bikes are nice, the vibe is fine, and the staff are above and beyond with being kind and helpful. When you're a guest or there for a few days or a week it has to be coordinated to get in as the hours may be out of your range but for the most part, no problems. Was a member many months and if I lived in town again, would go back for sure.”

He takes a professional approach to my training and I have made significant progress in strength and speed through Michael’s wide range of knowledge in his field.
