While I normally avoid these kinds of places, Conrad's (at least the one in Reminderville/Twinsburg) has proven to be a great resource for me. They've handled everything for me from basic oil changes to check engine lights, alignments and more complicated emissions work. Phillip at the front desk and the manager Jeremy have both always been friendly, honest and helpful. They hit their deadlines and pricing is always up front. “This Shop exceeded my expectations by far. I am still in shock by how great this place was to me. They treated me like family. I broke down in the area during the snow storm, snapped a front leaf spring on a Sunday Night almost 600 miles away from home. I called 3 shops in the area, they all told me 2-3 days. I ended up making it to this shop, 8am called them, they got me right in, parts ordered...treated me like family. Very greatful for this place. I had 4hrs or less of sleep and all i had to do was, nothing. They took care of everything. They had parts delivered. They worked fast. Had me done in a few hours. The customer service was how it use to be, when you go into a restaurant and they cater to you. Very pleased. Thank you again!!!!!”
