WOW What fantastic service !!! I called for parts and advice for our Meyers plow pump shortly before an anticipated major snowstorm and as one can imagine they were extremely busy. The parts tech which i'm sorry don't remember his name was extremely helpful and efficient. In todays business world it was pleasure to get that kind of service. Very good overall experience because of quality people, best price, and smart shipping. I bought two echo attachments and both arrived damaged by FedEx, no fault of RCPW. I asked them to send me two new attachments to replace the ones I refused because of the damage. They wouldn't send replacements until the damaged ones arrived back to them. I asked for a refund and they provided it that day. Days later after continuing to search for a same or better price, I reordered from RCPW and received the items in great shape through UPS. Smart move by the shipping department. I'll definitely buy from them again
