always fast to help and really great staff. helpful and always find what we need in a pinch. i direct a long term care facility nearby and we have 130 rooms. BEI gets us everything we can possibly need and more from daily supplies, tool rental , and even a laugh or 2. long tenure of employees says a lot about the owner and who they all like to work for. this is a fantastic business. shop local. while the big box stores are literally right by it , i always choose to drive right past them. keep your money local. support this awesome place
