Kelly is an educated and accomplished cosmetologist and has never steered me wrong. She knows exactly what she's doing, and I notice that others in the salon sometimes seek her advice. At the same time, she isn't overbearing at all, and she definitely lets the client have control of what they're wanting. She's also among the warmest, most easy-going people you'll ever meet. There's a great front desk staff too, and they're not high pressure with sales of products and services. A lovely part of visit is the quiet treatment room for shampooing. Truly a spa feel.
