If it wasn't for the manager Mel going above and beyond to help a complete stranger like me (who wasn't even a customer), I'd still be stuck in the Little Caesars parking lot with my car keys, wallet and cell phone locked in my car waiting for family to show up.

Mel went above and beyond to help me find and call not one but TWO different locksmiths that were willing to come to me in order to help me get home. Didn't ask for accolades, recognition or money. Didn't try to sell me anything or push me out the door when I asked for help. He's a real one for sure.

People like him are EXTREMELY RARE. I hope he isn't taken for granted by both customers or corporate because these days everyone is out for themselves. I truly appreciate the help and wish him the best luck this year.
