“Victor (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable. This is my first time ever filing a homeowners insurance claim and it was due to hail and wind. I did not realize how much of a pain and hassle it was to deal with homeowners insurance companies! They try to fight you tooth and nail to get anything approved and even then try not to pay what it actually costs. I couldn’t have done it alone I would’ve been shut down fast and been left to cover the rest which I probably couldn’t have afforded. Victor never gave up and was by my side (electronically and sometimes in person depending on the need in the process) every step of the way helping me navigate documents, estimates, and breaking down his knowledge to where I could somewhat understand what was going on, what was right, what was wrong, and feel comfortable when responding to the insurance adjuster like I knew what I was talking about 😂. “Everyone at Nailed Down roofing was so helpful from the moment I requested information back in the Spring when we had wind damage to our roof and siding. Luke and Josh started the process off and let us know they thought we could get full replacement for both the roof and the siding. Dusten took over from there and handled all communication with our insurance company. Jason from Landmark met with me, walked all the way around the house, helped me with ideas and colors and worked with me on something specific I wanted done. When the installation team of 6 came, they removed all of the old aluminum siding in 2 hours and completely finished the house the next day. Gutters came a day later. They worked quick but were thorough. They answered any questions I had throughout the day. When we had to make an unexpected decision, they were patient with us as we decided. The finished product was amazing - better than we anticipated! Everyone was friendly, thorough, with great attention to detail. I wish I could give them six stars!
