Miss Shirley, as we call her, is a remarkable woman. She is a remarkable independent woman of her own class.
We were having problems with our previous property manager, and speaking with a close friend she recommended Miss Shirley. We contacted her, explained our concerns, which she indeed they were valid.
Before we committed, she asked for our investment property address, and went to have a look on her own time.
We had long since moved out of state, and no real way if our ex property manager was being honest or not.
She called us the next evening and informed us that our property was in a deplorable state, and only being to see the outside, with photos that the maintenance was not up to standards, we immediately fired the ex property manager.
To our astonishing surprise the inside was uninhabitable.
She gave us many options and choices on how to get our home rentable again.
It was a heavy blow to our bank account, but with her honesty, integrity and going well above the call of duty, along with help from her son Shawn we made the best of a horrible situation.
