I contracted Dave Greco to both sell my home in Wadsworth and assist me in purchasing a new home in another nearby city. He was not only a pleasure to work with, but an absolute professional as well. Dave represented my best interests and helped me navigate things every step of the way. During an unprecedented real estate market he was highly responsive, respectfully answered all questions, was available any day, any time, and on short notice. Providing solid advice, demonstrating expertise in all aspects of real estate, thinking of and handling a long list of details, some of which went well beyond expectations, Dave did them all with an admirable moral compass. I can't speak more highly of Mr. Greco and I've already hired him again and recommended him to others.
