The Redwood Louisville has been a great place to call home the past 6 months, I was stressed when I first found out about my relocation for work but Kim and the team helped make it amazing, the communication was fantastic and it felt welcoming and like home since the day I put an application in. Upon moving over I had some items delivered early that they had moved into the garage and house for me to keep safe the days prior. The units are amazing and spacious, the dog park if you have pets is helpful for people leaving a yard, and overall it’s a nice safe quiet community on the edge of all amenities you could want. I’m in the process of being relocated again for work and unfortunately there will not be a Redwood where I’m going but again Kim and her team have been great at helping with the process. I will very much miss this place I called home the past 6 months and would like to thank them for making it a great experience and beautiful place to live! Highly recommend if you’re looking in the area!

I met with Kim and Jenna at the end of June 2023 and they were both very welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate about the Redwood property and lifestyle.
My wife and I decided to return as a follow up because we sold our home and are downsizing as empty nesters and relocating so that we will be closer to our business.
The home that we have owned for the past 9 years was 3,600 square foot, and we were concerned about the adjustment that we are about to experience. After viewing a couple of models, we feel like this will be an easy transition. The floor plan / footprint are quite spacious and very appealing. The materials, construction, appliances, and workmanship seem to be of high quality.
Jenna made the application, and onboarding process smooth as well as enjoyable. She was fully engaged and had an understanding of what we are looking for in an apartment. She nailed it and was able to find us the perfect fit!
I am impressed with Redwood Apartments Neighborhoods. As a company I feel like they have designed great living spaces and amenities. The cost of living here is a great value, and all of the floor plans feel more like a condo than an apartment. They offer fantastic discounts to honor service members and veterans.
I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment, condominium, or an efficient house to look at Redwood!!!

What an awesome experience!! I was so concerned about "apartment living" but Redwood Louisville felt like home from day one. A very spacious floorplan with lots of storage space, a two car garage and a back patio for the grill.

Kim and her team do an incredible job! They work very hard for their tenants and genuinely care. Lived there for two and half years and if we didn't build a new home we would still be there!

Highly recommend Redwood Louisville!!!
