“All staff are all super caring with my grandmother, all of the other residents, and with me and my family. Communication is great! There is always staff with the residents in the community area at all times watching over them and stimulating them with conversations and games. They always have music or movies playing for the residents to enjoy. Food was good and facility was well secured which is important and always have staff at the front door 24/7. Always have no doubt my grandma is under the best care. The admissions coordinator Molly is the most caring and it is a pleasure working with her - she answers every question I have (which is a lot) and walked me through the difficult nursing home process. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a loved one who needs extra care! The facility is a little dated but the care is the unconditional!”

Heather was outstanding she told everything I needed to know gave me a time frame an it was spot on. I called back a few days later about adding a winch an snow plow. Her an the nice lady in the parts department went way above to make it happen. The day I went to pick up my sxs it's like walking into a family's home nice an welcoming the guy in the service department went over every inch of it in great detail. They did me solid I recommend them I'll be going back to them for my next toy. I would give them more then 5 stars if I could”

Not only that, they hook you up with everything you need for submitting your CCW application to the sheriff. Joe is a great instructor and really kept the class engaged. Parking was free so I’m grateful for that cause the drive from cleveland 😅. FUN TIMES! I’d highly recommend for all thrill-seekers”
