“My seven-year-old daughter and I started coming here about eight months ago, because I wanted her to learn the basics of self-defense, and I was looking for a good mother-daughter activity for us to do together. At first I was nervous because I thought I'd be the only parent in class, but to my pleasant surprise, I found that this Academy encourages families to practice together, and a handful of other parents welcomed me and my daughter together. The instructors are all encouraging, even as they stretch students to push through self-imposed limits and reach new levels of fitness and confidence. While we've both received the self-defense training I was looking for, we also got something more: a friendly and supportive community that cheers us on as we become stronger together. I wholeheartedly recommend for the whole family!”

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My daughter started at 2 years old and just graduated at 4 years old. She was extremely difficult to understand when she started and now sounds like a normal 4 year old. Ms. B was dedicated every step of the way. She never was frustrated and never gave up even when it seemed like my daughter was not progressing. She always looked for new ways to make speech engaging. I really liked that she centered the speech lessons around my daughter's interests and made a effort to find out what my daughter liked. I would definitely recommend taking any child with speech issues here.”

“Dr. Mead is literally the best. Our son got injured at his soccer game and his front two teeth were knocked out. Dr. Mead happened to be at the game and offered to help us. He worked on our son for well over an hour in his office, after hours and on his own time. He put our son’s teeth back in place, “casted” them so to speak and made sure he did all he could to keep him comfortable throughout the process. We will be forever grateful to him and his wife and we highly recommend him to anyone that needs dental work. A great human, a great dentist. Two thumbs up!”

“The hartville YMCA has a in door walking trail and that important to me because I have asthma and can not walk out side in cold weather. It has been repainted and new flooring looks really nice I was over there today. I wish Green had a in door walking trail.”

I don't think we have ever had to wait more than 5 minutes. Dr. Nick and Dr. Nate are great at explaining the why and how of the treatment plan which I really appreciate. I have 3 kids with different needs and each plan is tailored to their needs. I highly recommend them. My oldest daughter has a beautiful smile now! My other two are on their way.
