“My grandmother was recently fitted for new hearing aids and the staff was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. My grandmother has been recovering from multiple surgeries and having trouble walking on her own. She says that having the new hearing aids allowed her to hear so much better and she could actually hear her footsteps again, this gave her the confidence and peace of mind to allow her to walk without a walker again. “I wasn't sure if I would find anything at first but was immediately welcomed by the staff. They recommended appropriate footwear and inserts to suit my needs. I never felt like they were pushing products outside my price range and actually brought me shoes from the clearance racks to try on. I took a long time making a decision but thanks to their help and patience I feel like I made the right call. The prices are very high but they are really well-made. I could immediately tell the difference when trying them on. The styles of the shoes are more suited toward middle-aged women than young adults but the two pairs I brought home I am more than happy with. I am certain I will return for more soon, especially after being treated so well.”

“Heather Alcorn, O.D. provided excellent service. Very intelligent young lady, she answered all my questions. She informed me of options in my care. She was polite and respectful. I never felt rushed. She went out of her way to provide excellent service. Walmart Vision Center just recently made a great business decision hiring Heather Alcorn, O.D. I would have given 5 stars but after deciding which frames I wanted to buy, and went to order and pay for my glasses, One lady just got off the phone and started talking about remodeling. Both continued their remodeling conversation while I sat in front of them waiting for them to acknowledge my presents. The young lady had long black curly hair, who was taking my order. She just ignored me and continued to talk about remolding. I got her full attention when I stood up and walked a way. The customer is a priority. WalMart Vision Center needs to provide in service to employees on "How To Focus on Customer Service". Thank God Walmart Vision Center recently hired Heather Alcorn.”

“I go for the water fitness classes. Michelle is a great instructor!!! Usually the water is the “just right temperature”, but today it was too cold for me and could hardly wait to finish the class. I would like the women’s locker room by the pool to be cleaner. It has been newly painted but I feel it needs a DEEP cleaning. A noticeable improvement was done a few months ago but it seems to be slipping again. Sanitation and cleanliness should be a top priority in this type of facility in my opinion. Thank you to the friendly staff! I’m thankful to have a YMCA in Alliance!”
