He really treated it like an emergency - we actually needed our electrical panel replaced also (for some reason, the HVAC was on a different one than the main) and Steffan was able to do that for us also. We bought our house from HUD after they flipped it, and their renovation team did a really sloppy job. Steffan fixed it all up for us.
