“This place is my happy place!. My fiances family owns a lot up here and we visit every summer. This place is very well maintained and managed nicely. The have a nice little gift shop in their office where you check in and an onsite bar, which is great if you just want to relax. It is clean and there is never any rif raff going on. Everyone is friendly and you can catch just about any type of fish up here. There is a spot to clean your fish and a nice public shower and restrooms....or if you gotta go there are out houses to use as well LOL !!! If you need a nice lot to rent or a get away this is perfect and right outside of sandusky and Port Clinton. My fiance and I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and will be back!! Thank you!”

“We just used Ottawa County Pest Control yesterday after discovering a large beehive in the foundation of our building. We were unable to take our dogs into the fenced yard because of the location of the hive. When we explained this to Manny Salazar, he was out within 30 minutes of our call. This morning, the bees are completely gone! He also sprayed the front of our building for wasps. We couldn't be happier with the service! Manny was great-knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and prompt!”

“We rented trailer 405 while we fished on Erie for a couple days. The trailer was great for our group of 8. The main living area was terrific! Spacious and plenty of seating for all of us. There are three bedrooms with two twins in each of them. Two slept on couches. Unfortunately, we lost partial power and we lost the air conditioner for the last day, but they were willing to move us if we wanted to. You'll want to bring in your own water to drink. The water comes into the place in a garden hose and those can deteriorate over time and release things in the water. The RV park itself was nice and the people were nice to work with. The gas station is across the street with the Wild Wings restaurant and lounge. There is also a Dollar General across the road that has a lot of things that you may have forgotten for your trip.”

“This place is hiding behind the gas station. Was fairly busy. I ordered a bowl of chili and patty melt. Both were delicious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Chili had lots.of meat and great flavor. The patty melt was fresh ground beef and cooked perfectly. Great flavor. Don't be afraid to stop and grab a bite........”

“We really appreciate this Dollar General Location. We’re pretty far out from town and originally thought this would be a great place to pick up a few items as needed. What we found is the selection is so vast that we’re actually shopping here all the time. It’s a great store that’s well stocked, very clean and organized, and the entire staff has always been very nice and helpful.”

“We fished and rented through Sea Breeze. The fishing charter and trailer were both great. We had a slow first day and the captains decided to try some trolling to give us a better chance of catching fish. We ended up having a great second day. “I’ve been on Lake Erie fishing many times but this I would say is the best trip ever. Captain JJ was the best I’ve seen on this lake. The lodging was very accommodating and clean. On Oct 12 we went fishing in not so great conditions, but he knew exactly where to go. If you want a good time of fishing and especially if you have kids and are trying to make it enjoyable for the kids Captain JJ is your guy. He takes it to heart to be sure the kids enjoy their time on the lake n will teach them some things along the way. My nine year old didn’t even get off the boat that day and was already asking to go back but only on seeing red charters. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks Captain. By the way we caught limit that day, and listening to the radio other boats didn’t do so well.”

“A great place to go to. To visit with my future Brother In-law and his Family. Family. There lot is nice. Always have a great time with him and his wife and children and their dog. A Fantastic Place to drive a long with his golf cart. The other people that have campers in Paradise Arces Campground are always friendly. And the dogs are friendly also. They have lots of entertainment there at the campgrounds, party's and live bands. Always look forward to visiting future family at Paradise Acres Campground.”

“My appointment was 0600. I made sure to arrive early because I read earlier reviews. There was a line at the guard shack at 4 am. I jumped in line about 5 am. 8 people ahead of me, the guard arrived at 0515 but got through the line quickly. I was in a door at 0615. Little tight with trailers in the way but not too bad. Left the facility at 0745. So I was pretty happy with that. I'm a company driver so they probably didn't want to pay detention! Overall, I was satisfied with my experience. I do wish there was more of a bathroom facility.”

“A month ago I took a trip to Michigan from New York, and we happened upon this unusual gas station. We were really tired from the drive, and so when we walked through the outer door and dIDNT end up in a store, but a drive through, we literally had our minds blown. We proceeded inside to buy some road snacks, and the employees were super fun to be around. They were cracking jokes along with us like they knew us or something. It was such a vivid experience, and so it was no surprise that on the drive home today, we searched out this cute little place again specifically to show our other friend who hadn’t gone in at first. I honestly can say unironically that I will remember this place forever, and that I hope I’ll get to stop in again someday.”
