Since the house was built in 1915 some issues arose which they dealt with well. I found Jason, my initial contact to be honest and straight forward unlike the rep from a national roofer. He was helpful and patient with my many questions. I found Jarrod to also be helpful, patient and responsive. The crew did a great job of cleanup. There has been a lot of rain since the roof installation with no leaks.”

His crew was awesome and showed up when scheduled. Jason made sure every evening, they had completed the job to my satisfaction. We did have to reschedule a few times, first because I needed to and then he did but, this is the nature of the contractor business right now. Everyone is busy, so patience is sometimes required. I rescheduled first so I feel it was all on me having lost my spot. He was very understanding and worked me back into his schedule as soon as I was ready. I would hire him again.”

Out of the four companies I had quote our job, he was the only one to provide and review a detailed written estimate on the spot. After we compared estimates and revised our plan, he came back out to re-estimate the job to make sure it was accurate and included exactly what we wanted. American Painters did an excellent job painting our exterior wood siding, shutters, outside doors, and roof vents with high quality Sherwin Williams paint products. They also completed minor siding repairs and caulking as needed and sealed the brick on our chimney. Ken is extremely conscientious and met with his crew every morning to review the work that needed done and point out areas that needed additional attention. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up as well. Ken made sure we were completely satisfied with the work along the way, and at completion of the job.
