“We truly had an excellent experience checking in to this establishment. Samantha was an excellent customer service representative and walked us through every step and every option. We even had a special ride on a golf cart to view our unit before we paid. It is a very secure location and I feel very satisfied leaving my belongings there. I have had storages two other times in my life and this is by far the most professional experience and the safest one I've had. The only drawback is that they do close their gates at 6. That can be troublesome if you work late otherwise no complaints very clean units very clean parking lot I even saw mousetrap thing so you don't have to worry about vermin. Highly recommend if you need a storage unit. The prices are comparable as well”

“We moved our household and vehicle from southwest Ohio to Arizona with Stacey Moving and Storage. From start to finish, our experience was just what you want it to be-experienced, professional and efficient. We knew the estimate of our move was binding, and could plan for the costs accordingly. Our final invoice proved to be even less, based on the weight of our household goods. Our personable moving coordinator kept us up to date on planning and execution of the move; she was also readily available to answer questions. Packing and loading/unloading crew on both ends of the move were pleasant, experienced and careful with our goods, and were great with our dog. Our driver was thorough with documentation and clearly communicated the arrival date of our goods. While a cross country move is stressful, Stacey made it about as simple as it could be.”
