No matter what question we’ve asked, from requesting medical records for our move to getting sports physicals signed, we never seem to get a straight answer up front. “I've been going to Mound for over 10 years now. I have never had a bad experience there and all the staff, including the front desk staff, have always been courteous and helpful. I mainly see Dr. Ashcraft but have seen others when schedules conflicted, and have always received professional service. The wait times are no better or worse than any other medical practice - the later in the day you go the longer your wait will probably be just like anywhere else. Overall, the place feels like a happier small practice; it's one of the better doctor offices I've gone to across the years.”
