(January 31, 2023, 8:05 pm)I’m not usually a fan of group workouts, but I love going to their Kickboxing classes. The coaches are so fun and motivating. The classes have people of all ability levels and everyone is always really uplifting and positive. Even when I haven’t been in months, I can always drop in for a class and be welcomed like I never left. Cannot recommend them enough!

I’m so impressed by the manners and character that has developed through the teaching of this school. The focus on overall success, in school, at home and in sports is something here in Dayton, that is unmatched! Outstanding staff of Instructors under amazing leadership GM Christina Bayley (AAU Hall of Fame, Olympic Coach) kind, caring, encouraging and committed are just a few words that come to mind. I would recommend TTF to any family

If you are looking for a non judgemental place to do some exercise with their Hit and Fit class or wanting to begin your martial arts journey. I highly recommend them. Everyone is family and there to help each other grow. I recently took an empower class here and learned some very helpful tips that I will take with me for a lifetime.
(January 18, 2023, 10:34 am)Incredible Taekwondo facility in Dayton! I took a women's self defense class that was fun and informative! There were many different women there and the atmosphere was comfortable and inclusive. The owner Christina Bayley is empowering and inspiring! I would do this class again and try one of their hit n fit classes.
(January 18, 2023, 9:26 am)This business and all of its employees are phenomenal. It’s a group of inclusive people who invite you into the family, meet you where you are, and challenge you to do your best. I have PTSD and have never been able to allow someone to mess with my neck. Even the chiropractor was extremely difficult for me. It took me over two years to go… but at one of Christina’s (the owner) women’s empowerment events, I was able to allow another student to do a hold and I was able to complete the task of getting out of it. It feels so good to know I won’t freeze up upon attack if that should happen and I was incredibly surmised that in her environment I felt that comfortable. Everything was at our own pace and I am so proud of myself and love the team at TTF! I highly recommend taking self-defense classes here and their exercise classes! Best workout ever!
