CareFirst Urgent Care - Kettering

Excellent service and staff, from the receptist to the nurses to the dr every single person was incredibly pleasant to interact with! You can tell they genuinely like working there and it reflects atmosphere they create. I would return there every single time even if they didn't take my insurance, but they take everything! Truly phenomenal! Thank you all very much!

Everyone at CareFirst Urgent Care was so nice and went out of their way to make sure that I was informed and felt comfortable. I’ve never been there before, but this is going to be my urgent care going forward. The receptionist was so very kind, and I noticed she was accommodating to everyone that came in. The physicians assistant was very knowledgeable, and took her time explaining to me the details of my diagnosis. This place is awesome.

Literally the best urgent care I've ever been to. Staff is absolutely amazing and went out of their to helped us. They made the entire trip easier for both of us. They were very thorough with tests. It was like 3 hours before they closed and I got treated in 1 and a half because there was a few other families. Perfect if you want a safe and quality experience.
