Very pleasant and helpful.
Switched my CPAP supply needs to Aeratech. Have been interacting with Hannah. She has been very helpful during my transition and ordering process. She has proactively communicated to me to keep me informed as we awaited the delivery of the equipment. Once it arrived, she gave me detailed instructions and showed me how to use the new machine. I am very pleased with my experiences so far.
