I absolutely love this fitness facility. People are wonderful here. The classes and equipment are great. Highly recommend!!

Joe and Mandie are top-notch gym owners. They do a great job at mixing old-school elements with new, more modern machinery. If you are looking for a gym where you can put in the work, to make yourself better, then this is the place! If you’re looking for a social club with soy lattes and cute Taylor Swift music, this is just not the place for you.

This place is awesome. The fitness equipment is the best in town and the staff is great. The price is good too. Owners Joe and Amanda are doing a fantastic job!

Such a great place to workout! Everyone is friendly, not judgemental at all. Membership is definitely worth the reasonable price.

I love this gym! Clean equipment, welcoming staff, great child care Monday through Saturday and awesome group classes. Child care and classes are a separate charge but very affordable. Has every piece of equipment you need from cardio to turf, to free weights and machines.
